    Exclamation Please Help me regarding the account usage

    Hi
    I am new BSNL Broadband user with Home 500 Plan. I check my account usage from the url provided by BSNL. I want to know that in my account usage section there are few headings, The Total Bytes Send (in GB) , the Total Bytes Received (in GB) , Total bytes (in GB) and the last heading is a bit confusing which shows the Night unlimited usage or something like that. Actually I like to know whatever I am downloading in the night (ie from 2am -8am) that is free and whether that usage is shown at that column for what ????

    Please provide me some help.

    The Night unlimited usage is the amount you use during the free hours. The chargable bandwidth will be total usage minus (Night unlimited usage + free usage allowance allowed during day)

    So it should be Total Actual usage=Total usage - (Night unlimited usage).Is there any free usage allowed during day in Home500 Plan.

    I have installed DataFox plugin for Mozilla Browser in my machine. Does Datafox shows the correct usage value excluding all the night unlimited usage.

    make sure to check that under the column "amount(paise)" there is zero in front of up/downloads between 2-8am.if not immediately contact your exchange.it happened to me that they gave me home250 instead of home500.

    Always ensure your plan before using the 2 - 8 am slot.

    There is no such column amount (paisa) but there is a column traffic. When I download any thing between 2-8am it shows 0 but if I download it at any other time it shows the upload/download data traffic. The plan also shows Home plan 500. Is there any problem in my home plan. Can I use the 2-8am slot for downloading or not.

    no dear there is no prob with ur plan.

    actually in night unlimited the amount of data u transmit in night is excluded from the SUM TRAFFIC but it does shows in TOTAL USAGE. dont bother about the TOTAL USAGE COLUMN. ENJOY............
