    Default New Account Issues

    Its been over a week since the BSNL guys came and installed my broadband. Unfortunately i still haven't received my username and password. The helpdesk no. is never free and no one in the bsnl office has any idea who will be the correct person to give this information out.

    Anyone faced this issue previously please let me know whom to beg

    your defult password is assword
    and your username whatever u fill the aplication form 6 types of userID make sure one of them.
    so Username:x.bsnl.in (x=your 6 types UserID' amoung one)

    U need to contact your exchange and talk with someone responsible for issuing broadband connections. they should be providing u with username and password. also they will be providing a unique 14 digit portal id, which has to be used for checking account usage.
