Yes we can do. I will look into this.. in the mean time if anyone has any good ideas let me know.

I suppose we can add these on the FAQ page... what do you guys say?

If we do it then it wont be just for bsnl modems.. we will include every which modem used in India by all the isps.

Default Most common modems

Yes even though BSNL has only 4 types of modems, we can list commonly used modems (privately purchased + provided by BSNL) in India.

The list can grow as and when needed. Including modems from other ISPs is not a bad idea.

Alright ive got one of my guys working on this and he is banging his head against the walls as there are just too many of them and no particular place to get information from... would you guys have mercy on him and provide info for your own modems?

I earlier had him coding a new project kind of thing and I feel like an idiot now having made him work for so long... would a wiki do the trick? its opensource and all our members will be able to edit stuff if they want to.

Or if you have some other brilliant idea give us a shout I am waiting....

Default add one more link

add one more link below
India Broadband > DSL Broadband Service Providers > isp provider

(for bsnl:
India Broadband > DSL Broadband Service Providers > BSNL broadband >hardware database )

for each isp providers. hardware database for the chosen isp will be listed. also this link will appear on each and every page making it easily accessible.
