as far as i know.. i dont think its possible to open ports with EVDO.. hence torrents would not favour EVDO
Will this EVDO card work in New delhi as well? Suppose I take the card in gurgaon...will I be able to use it in delhi?
Please anybody comment on this
No it will not. the BSNL EVDO is based on its Tarang WLL platform which has Landline type numbering pattern and does not support roaming outside the SDCA
just use BSNL bb Instead of BSNL EVDO and select home unlimited plan that is good option
BSNL EVDO currently uses shared IP terminology. The IP assigned to u, will be assigned to many others too. Hence if one amongst u is downloading from file sharing websites, then the error will be the result.
BSNL will allocate dynamic and unique IP addressing in the coming months for EVDO.
is EVDO better than Broadband? can i get 2 Mbps download speed, unlimited!??
My personal experience has so far been quite satisfactory.
But based on my discussion with other users I have come to the conclusion that the speed differs from locality to locality and even from house to house within the same locallity. But these are probably due to the inherrent signal variations of the CDMA WLL network
I am using BSNL EVDO in Gujarat.
I have an different issue, that is to an addition to what our friends have alredy posted there. The issue is I got disconnected very frequently. I am not able to find any solution to this. Can any ony focus some lights over it.
Regards,
Shyamal
is it prepaid or postpaid
