After almost waiting for 1.5 months, i finally got my BSNL broad Band

Now my problem is, i had applied for 900 unlimited plan. (max speed of 256kbps) but currently i am getting a speed of 452kbps. I don't mind the extra speed but I don't wish to run a bill of Few 10s of thousands of Rs. at the end of the month because of someone else's mistake.

Is there anyway of verifying what plan has been allocated.

I still haven't received the portal ID and no other site seems have the information about connection type/ usage.

Give customer care a call and also keep proof of your application for 900 unlimited plan.

make sure you got the right plan.portal id takes some days to activate.make sure to get your plan details from some high ranking official at local exchange.also when your portal id starts working check your usage to also make sure.also the new portal don't show the plan you are using.
