WARNING!!!!

thanks for your tip for syncing time with BSNL server.
I shall try it out.
I have disabled Windows TIME sync function as suggested by you.

method may be bit crude but seems to be effective.

I am experiencing some speed drop in upload speed of BSNL.Its not getting higher than 22-25 please confirm if you are getting the same change.

I think BSNL has clipped the speed now a days very accurately.Because before I used to get speeds ranging from 200-450,but now it just stops at 220 and mingles around 215-217 exact,even with IDM.I have tried all tweaks I know,but nothing happens.Do you people also feel this.
