Rep Power: 1 | I think BSNL has clipped the speed now a days very accurately.Because before I used to get speeds ranging from 200-450,but now it just stops at 220 and mingles around 215-217 exact,even with IDM.I have tried all tweaks I know,but nothing happens.Do you people also feel this.
