    Default Share the connection

    The picture shows tha tur system is a part of LAN Setup. If u wish to share the DATA One (On Vista) on other computers then u must share ur DATA one connection. I am also using the same setup.

    Also the limited connectivity is due to IPv6. If the above method is not successful then try diabling IPv6.

    you need to upgrade your router firmware,coz vista's new network stack
    or you can assign a static ip
    click on veiw status
    ->properties
    ->internet protocol version 4
    ->properties
    ->select use the following ipaddress
    ->ipaddress - 192.168.1.20
    ->subnet - 255.255.255.0
    ->gateway - 192.168.1.1 (assuming this is your modems ipaddress )
    ->dns server - 192.168.1.1 (only if you dial the connection through your modem)

    this should solve the limited connectivity

    Assinging a static ip for the LAN card should solve this issue.

    Now connection is like this

    But is it ok with Local Only?
    As u mentioned above i've changed my settings.Is this acquiring Static IP??
    But i'll regularly Use Rapidshare (you know disconnecting &Connecting)..i've heard that if I use static ip will not allow this.

    And may i know How to upgrade my router firmware??(plzzzzzzz)
    As of Now, Everything is same as old changing "Limited Connetivity" to "Local Only"
    Thanks for u Time

    You would still get a new IP every time you reboot your router as it is an adsl connection and bsnl provides dynamic IP's for residential connections.

    So rapidshare is all yours

    i think u are using a automatic configured ip.

    try setting ur ip address to 192.168.100.1 and
    subnet mask to 255.255.255.0

    i am sure this will work....

    Well i dont think that there should be any difference.. if you are able to access every site then you should not worry about it.

    first of all u delete ur dialer(BSNL). and once disable the lan connection and then re enable it. then u go to run and type netsh winsock reset. after then u enter the ip address as 192.168.100.1 and subnet mask as 255.255.255.0. save the settings and restart the computer.
