Speed problem with 2Mbps BSNL

Rep Power: 0  |  Speed problem with 2Mbps BSNL I am using the 2Mbps 9000 Rs Plan. But when i used speedtest.net it is showing speed as only 1424  What should my next step be? I was hoping to get a speed of 2000 with this connection. |
