Default Access internet on two computer using WA3002G4

I connect to internet using BSNL Type IV modem (one that comes with a wireless lan + 4 ports). I recently took my second laptop and was trying to access the internet on two computers at the same time. I receive an error message that the phone line is busy.

I tried all ways but don't seem to understand the method to follow to connect two computers. After logging the complaint with BSNL their staff visited me and they dont seem to have an idea in the first place if its possible to connect or not! Very funny

    Is there any help please

You are probably setup a dialer connection on your laptop and trying to dial-in. This will not work. This is probably what is happening:

    a) Your Type IV modem is setup in a bridged mode.
    b) You connect your first machine to the router and you use the PPPoE dialer on your desktop/laptop to dial and login to internet.
    c) Since this is the first connection, you are able to successfully dial-in and connect to the internet.
    d) You connect another laptop to router and again try to dial-in; but the modem is already connected to internet and hence you get a "line busy" signal.
    e) Also your second laptop cannot connect to internet.

To access the internet from all machines simultaneously, please do the following:

    a) Setup a PPPoE connection on your BSNL Type IV modem. Do not set it up as a bridge.
    b) If you wish to connect wirelessly, enable wireless network (and also setup wireless security)
    c) Once this is done, your modem/router is all ready to serve your laptops/desktops for internet surfing.
    d) Connect your laptops/desktops either using wireless mode or wired mode (ethernet RJ45 cables)
    e) Your modem is already connected to internet. You DO NOT have to dial again. This mode is also called "always on" mode.
    f) As soon as you connect your laptop/desktop to the router you are ready to surf.

    HTH.
