Thread: data transfer in Home500 plan..

can anyone help me wid d account usage.........when i log into d portal...it shows d details as below....

can anyone make anything out of it......how come it says Rs.435....i hav done all d'loading and uploading between 2 a.m and 8 a.m.......the detailed usage is impossible 2 comprehend.....PLZ HELP........

don't worry.just check detailed usage & check that amount shown in front of dl/upload between 2-8am is zero.you will notice that if you were charged for your total data transfer your bill would be around Rs.3500-4000.bsnl portal calculates bill for all data transfer between 8am-2am(excluding free night usage) so your data transfer in day is (435/.80)=543.75mb.this is below your allowed limit of 2.5gb so you will be charged Rs.500+taxes,modem rental etc.
