2. Since Airtel increased the speed now , there are rumours that BSNL may increase its speed. Can you confirm it if possible.

Hence during day time there are expected to be more users online. The DHCP server at BSNL will be busy and hence response times are slower.

2. Speeds are bound to increase as well as rates are expected to dip. How soon is a question which only BSNL can answer. But I expect something happening in this year.
