Well I dont get the point. What would be the use to access internet through just one connection. If you have two different connections then use them seperately.

if the local exchange is using port binding then only one account can be used on one telephone line & the account must be the one which is given on that telephone line.

yes u two of u can use a single broadband account at the same time if u have a account in dataone.in domain rather than bsnl.in domain.
