Rep Power: 1  |  Is BSNL taking care of Online applications? i have applied home 500 plan through online on August. Till now i haven't get ant response from BSNL. They didnt provide any reference number too. I'm really fructuated of this. Do we have any other way to wake them up or shall i take any other services like Airtel. Help me friends. |

Rep Power: 7 | BSNL does not have enough people to take care of online applications. Try submitting a written application in person and you will get a quicker response. |

Rep Power: 2 | It seems they have ignored your application completely, since august is very long back now. I know some people who got the connection who applied after august now. My suggestion is that you try the physical application rather than online! |
