Thread: Is BSNL taking care of Online applications?

i have applied home 500 plan through online on August. Till now i haven't get ant response from BSNL. They didnt provide any reference number too. I'm really fructuated of this. Do we have any other way to wake them up or shall i take any other services like Airtel. Help me friends.

BSNL does not have enough people to take care of online applications. Try submitting a written application in person and you will get a quicker response.

Ho no!!!..then it seems like i have wasted 6 months. Fine.. how long will they take if i give written request..

It seems they have ignored your application completely, since august is very long back now. I know some people who got the connection who applied after august now. My suggestion is that you try the physical application rather than online!

As i already mentioned i have applied through online for broadband 6 months ago.. but they didnt take care of it.. again i have applied last week through online.. after hearing from xwhyz and just4kix .. i went to bsnl office to give physical form.. they checked with the system and said i have applied last week through online so no need to give physical form and it wil take another 30 days to give the connection.. i replied that i have applied twice.. however they are telling the system is showing only last month application.

I think i will become old when i get my broadband connection.

Check with them again to see whether this because of out of stock modem/router. If yes, ask them whether the connection could be sooner if you but your own router.
