for bsnl i gave 3

i would say BSNL is just worth for money...

but only disgusting thing is temporary disconnection at times... (may be frequently)... if this s solved , i would award 5 points for this ....

BSNL is best , no second thought
performance, speed , less downtime

Type 192.168.1.1 in your browser. Id and password is admin. Search for your SNR and attenuation values, post it here.

I should say the connection and speed are quite good except the service. The service people takes longer times to resolve but otherwise its good overall

I award 4. I am using broadband connection since October, 2007., I have only 2 or 3 down times, very much satisfied with the speed, monthly rent, the only thing that sucks is customer care other wise I would say 5.

I m using BSNL from last 2 yrs ...no major issue faced till date ....so i would give it 8 for over all performance .2 points deducted for its poor cc

that is the only problem and mojor problem if less connections exists in the area. they quite dont even respond at times

When it connects- 5
when it doesn't connect- Well...

i will like to give 4. had downtime only once got it solved after lot of hardship, i will say it was also because of few dumb people at bsnl.

on the overall, if our cable pair is good and most of us if within 3 KM away. Once the initial set up is good, we are lucky. At least, the staff don't create problems.

I forgot there are Nation builders who dig the roads and damage the cables.

thats is the only problem, the client support is worse. otherthan that its fine and good to many

because i don't get the speed what i pay for.

I voted 4 as I don't no the quality of other services better. What I have learned from friends I can vote 5 also. As per my knowledge BSNL can be the best, only problem is customer case which ppl like me don't bother. In fact my connection was just physically done by BSNL but not setup in computer as I was having vista and they are able to setup in xp only, forget about linux (my primary OS).

you can always share your personal opinion rather than relying on others and thats fine, no probs

I rated BSNL Broadband service as 4 because from the time I started using the service,I did not have any major problems and the engineers at the telephone exchange in my place attends to any problem within a short time or they give you a reason for the problem which is actually solved in the given time and this is how you gain trust with your Internet service provider.They never keep you waiting.

its usually good but it can get nasty sometimes..and when it does get nasty..ITS NASTY
