I saw similar poll at airtel section and thought of having the similar for bsnl too, since it is the biggest in india and being a govt owned one, it would be interested to see how it fares on the whole.

Vote your choices, where 1 means worst and 5 means best!

I would say it to be in 3 (in between worst to best)!

I rate it 2 overall. The poll would be better served if you rated it on different aspects like Reliability (2), Service (1), Speed(4) etc. In my case it works great when it is working. If it is not working it is better for me to just pray than to get any help from BSNL. Their call center is useless and their technicians just don't know anything about DSL to help.

The offers are unbeatable But their Connectivity sucks. the Speed Is too good . I would Give them a 4.............

Folks down south esp chennai are technically adept when it comes to answering queries.The speed is quiet OK and there were never any major problems!Hence a high five to our Navratna concern!!

I will rate 3 because lots of improvement to be need like speed is variable,SNR and attentuation is not good every time and most major problem is in BSNL customer care unit.
