Rep Power: 0  |  BSNL Dataone Usage Query Please Help!  Guys see the screen shot and tell me wich usage it is showing it is with night downloads, means is it total usage, OR is it only the usage excluding night unlimited, i.e. am i going to get charged for 4470MB Just help me guys I am worried! Plz Help!!! |

Rep Power: 1 | Which is your plan? Even I am a new subscriber and from yesterday I am also getting the screen like the above. I called my exchange and confirmed with them my plan(They confirmed it as Home 500). Moreover I have acknowledgement from the public relations officer stating that I had applied for Broadband with home 500 plan. This got when I had applied three months before. I was also tensed up as I had downloaded near about 30 gB during free hours!!!.  |

Rep Power: 1 | Don't worry. You will not be charged for 4470MB. For home500 we have 2.5 GB quota. The above information is for unbilled usage. When you ge to see your billed usage, it will be only Rs.500+taxes as you have not gone beyond 2.5 GB. |
