Help me - BSNL router creates problem

I got New BSNL connection two days back.
From yesterday morning i cannot connect to network.
I got a message that says 'network cable is unplugged"
I checked the cable connected to pc is fine.

Later i tried to install usb cable.My system intially recognize usb device, after some steps,it told me 'no modem found'.
Then i restarted the system again, this time my pc does not recognize usb device[modem].

The DSL,ETHERNET,USB lights in modem always glows evenafter the said cables are disconnected from pc.But power light in modem does not glow.
any help?

The modem type is UT3OOR2U

Hard reset the router and then try (u will find the small reset button in ur router)
