no not till now... may be till next 3 months it will be resolved
To resolve the issue fully will take around 2 weeks to a month but they are slowly restoring the service to many of the customers. I can see a gradual improvement in speed to my bsnl connection today, not sure because it is sunday or whether they are restoring it slowly!
I Think The Slow Speed Is A Native Problem Of Bsnl, and It Does Not Be Affected By Cable Cut,because Most Of The Local Downloads Are Also Very Slow On Bsnl.cable Cut Must Be Affect Overseas&international Server Downloads, but Bsnl`s Speeds Are Very Slow Nowdays.

what do you mean by that?almost all the major sites including file sharing are hosted on servers outside of india.its just my guess but 95-98% or even more of the downloading in india is being done from international servers.for your information i get speeds around 190KBps from some file hosting sites without using any download manager even today.I Think The Slow Speed Is A Native Problem Of Bsnl, and It Does Not Be Affected By Cable Cut,because Most Of The Local Downloads Are Also Very Slow On Bsnl
