i am new user bsnl broadband 500c can any tel me that downloading and browsing is in free from 2-8am or only downloading is free because in usage account i got 400mb downloaded from 2-8 plzzzzzz reply

yes dear i too own this plan and downloading and browsing is free from 2 am to 8 am.

I really liked the way you have understood bsnl and in particular indian isp's who tend to cheat their customers with hidden charges with misguided claims and conditions. But here in this case, you can both download and upload for free during that time.

To be on safe side, start your heavy downloads a little after 2 am and end them some time before 8 AM.
