I seem to have a very strange problem which seemed to have started a coupla months back. i have been wireless for almost a year. I am using win vista home premium. when my computer starts up i just cant seem to access the internet through IE but i get an active LAN icon in vista but the globe is missing. so then i start my utorrent and the globe pops up instantly. now let utorrent run for a coupla minutes and then i try browising. initially again i am not able to access but after about ten minutes of trying i manage to start browsing. i have tried this method quite a few times and have found this the only way to get things going. i stop my torrent to get some speed. (BTW my torrent works at good speeds). but even then i have been experience slow speeds even before the cut cable in the mediterranenan. any suggestions please.
