    Default LOW Download Speed

    Last Result:
    Download Speed: 40 kbps (5 KB/sec transfer rate)
    Upload Speed: 337 kbps (42.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

    very low download speed for the past two days.....
    my plan is home 500c+...
    anyone knows what could be the reason? what can i do?

    Some sites are having the problem because of the undersea cable damage. This has caused all the network being re-routed through other available channels and hence the slow speed. You may experience this problem for a couple of weeks more.
