    Default unable to chesck usage

    I have a Home 500 plan
    Last month my internet bill was around 1900
    The bill says that i have used 5500Mb (i dont remember using that much)
    BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO CHECK MY USAGE
    It has been two months since i have started using this connection. I have got a portal id and when i enter the id and password i get a blank page
    Please help me
    I am dying to check my usage
