How should i know which plan i am using presently ?

I took 250 plan on 12th jan 08 and i applied for change of plan to HOME 900+
and i enquired BSNL abt my changed status and they noded as done on 31 jan 08. I started using net like anything.....
If my plan didnt changed (as it ill be 12 jan - 12 feb 08 for 1 month) i have to pay for the whole month or upto for the changed date ???

You cannot change plan for three months with Home 250. BSNL will register your application but for you the plan change will not occur before 12-Apr-2008. So stop downloading heavily ASAP.

But dont believe on what they say through mouth. Always try to get it in writing. There were very many users of bsnl who have been complaining with huge bills with very similar issue that you are having now. I would suggest you to wait for this month and see what is your bill, so that you don't have to rue afterwards!

Now if you login to your account usage login and click on the "service Order Records" you will be able to see on what plan are you in at the moment. Your plan will be changed accordingly there and you can see it live and you can make a screenshot of it if any issues arise in the future.

    Thumbs up Plan

BSNL - Broadband Account Management is where you can check all the details as to the plan(in my order) usage etc.
