is there any solution to tranfer broadcast quality video from one place to other using BSNL

Can we ablr to connect the BSNL evdo Card in Desktop PC's. can any suggest me?

I bought new prepaid BSNL data card 3 days back.. While using it disconnects after every 30 minutes. I thought it was network problem but it is not.
It says "WIN 32 ERROR"..........PLZ HELP...
