apparently its for existing dial up customers of bsnl.

well i think its not free ...i got this offer in the apr06 & u r obliiged to pay Rs 200 as the modem charges & 700 or so as the security deposite (refundable)

I think those ppl who wanna book BSNL BB must check the offer..it can give u very clear idea abt the BB of BSNL.......coz BSNL BB services response differs widely across the india.....u can sense this from the ppl's posts here in
