Thread: Need Help regarding UT300R2U Modem

Hi guys i have got UT300R2U modem i got the BSNL broadband connection few days back, i use the NETPhone (Softphone) but iam unable to log in after giving the username and Password, it says LOGIN FAILED CONTACT NETWORK ADMINISTAROR when i contacted the phone company they asked me to disable the firewall in the modem or one extra ports from 10000 to 20000 can any one let me know how to disable the firewall in the modem ple guys help me out

i dont think your modem has a firewall. but what you can do is route traffic to your computer.. go to the modem's config page,click on advanced setup,click on NAT and then click on DMZ host and type the ip address of your computer..
