Hi,my dear friends,
I had my dataone broadband connection few days back from bsnl,Jamshedpur.Since first day I am trying to change my password and want to check my usage.several calls were made to bsnl broadband help line number 1600 424 1600.People manning at this number told me several site addresses,links and methods but nothing practically working,no site is opening.Local bsnl people(who works in bsnl broadband) expressed their inability to solve my problem,even they don't know abcd of internet.
can any body guide me the right way to change my password.how to check my usage?.Is portalId and UserId both are same?
