hello meeransh for the UT300R2U there is not much of an option to open specific ports although you can allow all traffic to go to a certain computer(i.e. somewhat like opening all ports to a computer)...you can do this by logging in to your modem(192.168.1.1 username/password is admin/admin).. go to advanced setup ,click on NAT and click on DMZ host.. then type the ip address of the computer where you want to open ports.. if you dont know the ip address.. you can open the command prompt of your computer and type ipconfig.. u will most probably have an ip like 192.168.1.x ...Then enter the ip in the modem page and save/reboot..
This will route traffic to your computer i.e. all ports open to your computer.. be careful at such instances as you will need a good firewall protecting your computer.. and you will need to open those specific ports in your firewall as well..including windows firewall..

you mean in the windows firewall?? if so , go to control panel ,switch to classic mode and clik on windows firewall, there in one of the tabs, you will find add exception/port..enter a name for it, enter the port no.. and your done!!!

59.92.x.x or 117.x.x.x is your external ip.. you can find that out here - Find My IP Address - Lookup
You wont require that for port forwarding..
59.92.x.x is the external ip for old customers
117.x.x.x is the external ip for new customers
