what is the difference betwn @bsnl.in and @dataone.in

not much.. i think the @bsnl.in is for new users.. and @dataone.in for old users

Dataone WebMail is a website for a Broadband Service brand name "Dataone" From BSNL

I guess you are asking in terms of the new email id that bsnl is offering for its existing broadband users. Since BSNL has renamed its broadband service from dataone to bsnl broadband, it had changed the email id which it was giving as @dataone.in to @bsnl.in. Old users are still using @dataone.in only whereas all the new customers will get it as @bsnl.in. I hope this clarifies ur query.

I am new user of BSNL BB services. I check my mail (just once) at xxx@bsnl.in
whcih has no information regarding BB Services.

In order to check BB usage i use bbbsnl....... portal also i tried to log in to Dataone account with the same userid and password but failed.

I think now days bsnl stores all the information of its customers at bsnl.in

there is a major problem from what i can see.. all the new users are finding it difficult to login to the portal.. its probably still under development.. its only happening to the new users!!
