    Angry What a cumbersome task

Since the day I got dataone connection from BSNL Broadband,I am trying to change the password and trying to check my usage.all my efforts failed. Can any bodyusing dataone connnection with With siemens modem c2110 from India, know the easiest way to change password.I am technically new to internet and its vocabulary.I feel it is very easier to land on the moon than change password of BSNL Broadband. What a cumbersome task.No body from this forum could not help to my previous post of same subject.

don't change the password.if anything goes wrong(90% chance that it will especially for new users)then you are out of connection for at least 10-12 days.there is no point in changing the password especially if your IP starts with 117.x.x.x which means your account is port binded & no one else can use your account from any other phone line.if you still want to take chance here is the link---http://bbservice.bsnl.in/
use 14 characters portal ID to login which is different from the one you use to connect to net.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

I was lucky in that since i changed i password on 3rd day from p3.... portal
and then immediately signed with that password.

Note: I am also using the C2110 modem with 117.x.x.x IP.
