some bank sites won't open if your computer is infected with virus/malware.

you can only put 2 addresses one is preferred & other is alternate.out of the 3 given choose any one as preferred & other one as alternate.

a good proxy site is even safer then using your own computer.

in modem there is a setting of dns server addresses.if these are not working properly then some sites will open & some won't.i use automatic which means bsnl's own dns servers but if you are having problem you can use other dns server like open dns like the ones given above.
these sites are rated as good for opening sites like myspace on yahoo answers--

try this site.its a good one but remember that proxy sites usually are used for surfing.many proxy sites puts restriction on downloading as it is very costly to them.

The MTU Value needs to be changed.

Open the Configuration page>>>>go to the Setup>>>

Select BSNL>>>>>change the MTU value from 1492 to 1452>>>apply

Go to tools>>>>system Commands>>>>click save all.

Glad to hear that it helped.
As we know thet internet Data is transferred into groups called 'packets'. MTU is short for 'Maximun Transfer unit.
The MTU value is in Bytes. This will specify how Large a Single packet would be.

D-link defaults their MTU at 1492, however many servers are incapable of this, and site loading fails. 1452 is much stable value.

I too had the same problem.I just tried logging using this url https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/BAN...rate&abrdPrf=N.This is nothing but the url of icici bank login page.Instead of clicking and entering into this page u can paste this url directly and login in.
