I am not an expert in port forwarding and stuff like that, probably you can find an answer in this thread.

some versions of UT300R2U DO NOT HAVE VIRTUAL SERVER..THey have NAT-DMZ instead.. so clik on NAT.. then click on DMZ. .and enter you computer's ip addres.. by this all your traffic will be routed to your pc...enable selected ports(ones you require)on your software firewall and your done!!

well kinda.. but you should have a software firewall blocking it!!!... make sure you get a good software firewall..windows firewall should do. .but incase you are concerned you can go for zonealarm firewall..its free..so you will need to open only specific ports on your software firewall..then you will be protected...frankly speaking this modem is CRAPPY..virtual server is a much better option..unfortunately its not available in this modem...so yes you can specify a port no in utorrent options... and open the same port no in your windows firewall..
to do that in windows firewall..go to control-panel switch to classic view...go to windows firewall.. you will see an option somewhere there called add exception/port.. enter port no there.. and your done!!
