Default How to set Firewall for Access Restrictions WGR614

Hi ,
Well actually i want to allow access to another laptop on my Wireless Network.I got NetGear WGR614v7 wireless router and a BSNL BroadBand connection.
But the thing is that i also want to restrict that access of the laptop to my internet?
I mean to say that i just want that laptop in my wireless network and forbid internet access to that laptop.
Say that laptop has a fixed wireless ip then how can i put wireless access restrictions from my router?
Can anyone let me know how will i be able to configure my routers firewall to set access restrictions?

Please help.

ok.. go to your router's config page(default is 192.168.0.1 not sure about username and password i think its admin/password or admin/admin)..then under content filtering click on blocked services!!click on ADD.. enter ip address of the computer you want to block internet access . and for port range.. just enter 80.. as starting and ending.. since 80 is for websites!!
