ya its working . . .now
what i have done is changed some settings in network properties ..and enable ICS to LOCAL AREA CONNECTION 4..but other computers can not connect to it..
may i have to configure there IPs manually to enable to browse to ICS Computer???

Now i think that its automatically connecting or may be always online something like that..

here is the screen shot now for network properties :

One more thing i would like to know?

aur LAN computers me itni speed kyu nhi aa rahi ?

ok...i hope you dont mind if i answer in english .. cause my hindi aint that good...
As long as the modem is switched on.. you have internet.. so when you dont want internet. just switch off the modem.. thats it..you can also set it up to dial...but its not quite necessary since you can disconnect from internet by just switching it off..
slow speeds could be because you have a lot of computers on your LAN.. and maybe some computers are updating their antivirus or windows updates it goin on etc etc...

there are many softwares which can be used to manage a cyber cafe.. which include creating a new user and recharging their account whenever they pay...im not sure of the softwares..but you sure can check it out through google.. also try to get a printer.. and share it over the network.. and you can charge for printing...also install games like counter strike, need for speed etc.. on all computers .. so customers who like gaming can also come...you can charge seperate or same price for that...

you need to be good in managing all the systems in your cyber cafe.. make sure you have firewall turned on...update antivirus regularly.. give limited access to the client pcs.. dont give them an administrator account.. dont allow them to install any software etc..
