Can I buy any ADSL Modem? Plz assist. Hey people. I was using airtel. But i want to opt out of it as i have some issues with it. I don't find it worth it anymore. So i am going for BSNL. I applied for da connection today and the ysaid that i have to buy modem from them.
So my question is can i buy any ADSL Modem from anywhere? Will BSNL accept it? IF yes what is the best brand to go for. What could be the price range?

So you COULD use the same modem with BSNL also.
But then, you need to configure it to different settings, and the BSNL guys will not give their tech support for user-owned modems!
