it is because your modem is set in pppoe(always on)mode.in this your username/pass is stored in modem & as soon as modem is turned on it dials & make the connection & that is why inticker can not be used as it requires bridge mode in which you enter your username/pass in windows to connect.

Well actually if u want to dial into the BSNL servers from ur computer then u will have to get that modem configured in the bridged mode ....
It acan be done as follows...:

    inbrowser : http://192.168.1.1
then it will prompt for a username and password ....enter it
by default it is : admin and admin resp.
then run the whizard and choose bridged mode from there and then go according to the procedure ......and then restart ur modem ...
then u will need to creat a dialer in windows and then dial manually from there.

Download telnet script from RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Extract it to a folder e.g. C:\tst using winzip/winrar or whatever you prefer. In the folder that you extracted tst10.exe, make a new notepad file (right click > New > text document). Name it reboot.txt. .Open it and type the following lines. Remember to keep the quote" marks in this text file!.

    192.168.1.1 23
    WAIT "Login"
    SEND "your_login_id\m"
    WAIT "Password"
    SEND "your_pass\m"
    WAIT ">"
    SEND "reboot\m"
    WAIT ">"

Replace in your_login_id with ur id (default admin) & password (default admin)

Now open Control Panel and open Scheduled Tasks. Add Scheduled Task. Follow the instructions. Browse to the directory you extracted tst10.exe to, and open it. Give a name to this task (only for your convenience, can be anything) and choose how often you want the reboot (daily/weekly/what?). Choose the time you want reboot to occur. If you are setting this up on a particular WinXP user account, you may be asked for your XP user password. OK, when the task is created and appears in Scheduled Tasks, right click on it and click on Properties. On the Task tab you will see "Run", where the location of tst10.exe woold be present already. At the end of this line, outside the quotes, add /r:reboot.txt so it looks like
    "C:\tst10.exe" /r:reboot.txt

for different modems reboot command is different e.g.it may be restart, reboot etc.try both & i think superprash2003 has the same modem & knows the command.

yes the tool inticker will work fine if u store ur username & pass in dial connection rather than in modem.
