NAT does not matter in case of Bridge connections. In fact from bridge, it must be disabled. Please re-configure your UT-300R2U in bridge mode by reseting the modem first.
NAT come into picture only when there is external IP and internal IP (both) are involved. In case of a bridge, there is no external IP.
For more details on NAT, please refer to my post:

Hi buddy i did all the the process again ..
Reset manually both the devices ..and reconfigured them .....
but still no success ...
1 thing i observed ..
that after i configured the netgear wireless router ....with all the basic settings ..
I checked the router status page ..and i noticed that netgear is getting the IP from BSNL.
I tried pinging the id ..its was something 59.95.19.69
And it got pinged....i mean no packed was dropped ...
this suggests that ..the netgear router is getting the connection from the modem ...but i am not getting it on the machine .....
I tried that test button in the basic settings of the netgear page ...but it didnt open the site .....
For all the three comments mentioned, I must mention that:
a) I created the guide from the downloaded user manual
b) I do not have this router with the latest firmware
c) Pictures were borrowed (shamelessly) from the manual
Hence, links and pictures may be incorrect.
I would like you to completely restart from the beginning. Please reset both routers to factory defaults (I understand that you know how) and restart from beginning.
The updated guide is attached in this thread:
