If you know about the pass stealing utility then you can get lot of accounts........
Don't do such things on BSNL., If the user given complaint, then they are going to take stern action against you
Yeah but if you really want to guide users pls share how to safe yourself to stop all this .What kind of security should we care .
almost any body who has a moderate knowledge of computers & networks can do this.you know 10 passwords but with a little bit of efforts from my side & i can know much more than that & even possibly hack not just bsnl accounts but the entire computers just by using google if you know what to search for.it seems that you just found this on some site/forum like i did but the similarity ends here because i have a lot of interest in such things & combining this knowledge with others which i already know i can take control of computers not using required security measures.i never started a thread in any forum making such statement as you did because it shows that you are just a script kiddie.hi guyz...i hav found a way 2 hack d BSNL broadband...its no joke......now i know more than 10passwords.... ...jus tel me wether i should post that trick here?????.............its not a joke......im SERIOUS
P.S.ashishtabla,i am sending you a PM regarding rapidshare today.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
well the trick should work everywhere & especially pppoe mode modem with default password are very easy to know.the only thing is if port binding is in place it is of no use finding bsnl account username/password but still it is useful in hacking that person's computer by other tools/means.Yes, that gentleman is correct that bsnl accounts can be hacked but only those bsnl lines on certain telephone exchanges can be hacked and not all. The best way to avoid such issue to change your password every now and then.
technically speaking i am not a hacker but a script kiddie.here is wikipedia definition--oops.. whitestar... r u a hackr.. cant beliv this...
however i do it just for the sake of knowledge.no harmful intentions.in future i hope to learn enough though to become a security expert(a.k.a hacker its all the same). In modern cracker and Internet subcultures, script kiddies are widely considered novices, who seek reputations by free-riding on the work of the hacker community. The goal is typically to impress friends.[2] Portrayed as teenage technological dilettantes, script kiddies are the subject of contempt among experienced hackers. In spite of this, they are feared among network administrators for their ability to scan many computer systems automatically over the course of days or weeks to find weak points.[3] The fact that very little technical knowledge is needed to download these programs is an added threat, since nearly any individual on the Internet can obtain malicious viruses and the means to infect large numbers of computers, damaging the owner's systems.
Guys just using others password u can get connected to the net but u will be charged for that , ur ip address and password r not taken for billing .The telephone line through which ur sending data will be charged no matter if u use others password .
its not confirmed but i have seen some users using 2-8AM on a 250plan using 500plan password of friends & they said that usage is not billed in their 250plan.it seems that it depends on whether bsnl suspect something(e.g.250rs bill & data transfer is 100GB & someone notice it) & decide to check otherwise normally usage is recorded in that account whose passord is used.
These things i checked it when got the connection 3years back i used my friends user id & password but i was charged for usage .Ur broadband data packets and ur land line voice signal both goes through ur telephone wire at the end points they have meters for broadband and vocie signal separately so whatever data goes through line will surely get charged.
OMG!!!!!!!OMG!!!!!! 3<lol......we have a gr8 hacker in us. thanks for asking. now admin, plz close this bullshit.
My friend has used my Account for 2 months! and he has not been billed for the usage. he has 250 Plan, i have HOME 500(Night 2-8 Free)
he used my account to download movies, but He didnt exceed 2.5 GiGs(peak hrs count). billed to my account. 500+tax flat bill .
however, this cannot be done if the telephone line is binded with the internet account !
and in my city , NIB(old) and NIB 2(new connection) dont have common account sharing.
I.e, i cant share my account with a new BSNL Server(NIB2) connection.

u r wrong
AND for the rest of you if u just change your default password of ur router i.e. admin admin, u will be saved. Many Hackers hack the username & password from the router itself maximum no. of routers are set to autodial mode hence u can steal tht password from the router by remotely logging into it.
white star , you could use your talent by being able to fool the bsnl servers.
i mean UL 900 could get 2mbps speed and get their money worth. and still be charged rs 900/month only. i guess this is something you might want to think about dude.
friend!i am not a hacker but only a person who knows some things about such matters.even a normal hacker won't be able to do what you are asking.only a very good hacker can do this & for this he has to hack NIB servers using multiple international proxies & modify the target accounts speed cap(256kbps for home 900).such modifications will soon be noticed by security not to mention that if that hacker is in india he will be spending years in jail if tracked.
many users here have reported that if port binding is not in place they can use their friends home 250 accounts on their 900 plan & get 2mbps unlimited but there is a risk that if you use too much they might be suspicious(120GB use in a 900 plan) & may decide to check.if they do check you will be caught.not to mention your friend will get a huge bill for his 250 plan.
be patient.if everything goes alright bsnl will increase speeds for home 900 by end of this year or maybe sooner.if you can't wait then take home 500 & download 4-4.6GB daily between 2-8AM.there are ways to automate downloading between this time so you don't have to woke up.
PS--i can tell you how to hack other users bsnl accounts & if you can hack a 900 plan account which is not port binded you can use that person's account on your home 250 or 500 but that would be wrong not to mention that if you are caught you will be facing serious charges including fraud, criminal intent etc under IPC & also under cyber laws which are very strict.
white star , i know all the facts about hacking and consequenses as well. I didnt ask you to do it, neither are you going to do it just because people intimidate you for it.These forums are a good place to meet smart people like you who not only help people with their technical problems but also educate . them on the "right" use of technology.
There have been various discussions on this and other forums as well about the slow speeds in india. We broadband users should get together and try to forward our point to TRAI. Thats where users like whitestar and other people who are technical specialists will come handy to explain the feasibility of high speed plans to the Govt. and ISP's.![]()
thanks friend for such a statement but i am not a specialist.as for making govt. organization understand what people really want that is something which only ministers can do.users like whitestar and other people who are technical specialists
