    Exclamation how can set modem to auto connect???

    i m using bsnl broadband and i purchased modem form bsnl it model no..is SIEMENS C2110.but now i m facing a big problem now if i want to connect net i have to power one the modem then the link light get stable i have 2 put my user id and password and then press the connect button....after then i m able to use the net.........
    but in earlier time i have 2 simply on d modem and wait for 2 min to get connected with net..............
    i tried my time to reset my modem to solve the problem but i get nothig
    when i give my id and password and other changes in page http://192.168.1.1
    and restart my modem to take effct the changes but after the restart my modem again goes to its defult factory settings and god!!!!!!!!! for all this if i want to connect net i have to power one the modem then the link light get stable i have 2 put my user id and password and then press the connect button....after then i m able to use the net.........
    plz help me...........................

    You must re-configure the modem in PPPoE mode. In this mode, your username and password will be stored inside the modem flash memory and it will autodial for you. There are a lot of topics on this post.
