Thread: usage data for Feb 2008 in march

I have home 500 plan.

when I logged into the usage site, I was surprised to see usage of feb in mar.
For the month of Feb 2008, they have shown upto 26/2/2008. From 27/02/2008 they are showing in March!

Is there any of you who is facing the same situation?

How this could be brought to the notice of the BSNL?

Problem solved.

They have put a clarification note on the site. It informs us that unbilled February(which was earlier clubbed together with March 2008) will be billed later and will have no impact the usage of March 2008. There is also a section for billed February 2008 which doesn't include unbilled February 2008.

but y they are having separtly?? like FEB billed & FEB unbilled???

they will correct it after few days if looking at their previous mistakes.
