hi Guys,
Bsnl Have Launched Its Home-125 Plan. According To This Only 125 Rs Is To Be Paid For A Month. Download Limit Is 150 Mb And The Rest Are The Same As The Other Plans

For 150 MB there may not be many takers (I think) because for another Rs. 125, you get 1 GB. The differential usage of 850 MB @ 0.90p/MB is Rs. 765.

I wish BSNL launches an Unlimited plan @ 512 kbps for something like Rs. 1200.

BSNL should also change the name of plan Home 500 C+ to Home 600 C because the monthly fee is Rs. 600 and people often confuse it with Rs. 500 plan.

This plan is completely a new trick of BSNL to get as many customers as possible. They have to increase their customer database that is why they are releasing such a plan. 150 MB limit will sure be crossed by a 2Mbps BB connection resulting a shock on customer pocket.

This is a waste of a plan and can only be used only for those who want to check the mails on a daily basis. if you browse even for one hour daily, you could exceed the limit and has to pay extra!

Yes, you are right, the plan charges minimum for this home 500 c+ is 600 plus taxes but has been misquoted by them as 500 c+ plan to misguide people to join them.

i also heard that.. bsnl going to change the 256,900UL into 256-2mbps and home500 from 2 to 8 mbps...

150MB.....the most u can do in that is chatting & nothing else.

& yeh me too wish a lot of things from BSNL, but marketing polocies never run on ur or mine wishes, they run on profits.

What the ****! is it gonna even happen? 256 UL gonna be made to 256kbps to 2 Mbps?

This is a strong rumour:

a) All Unlimited 256 kbps (fixed) plans will be upgraded to 256 kbps ~ 2 mbps
b) All Limited 256 kbps ~ 2 mbps plans will be upgraded to 2 mbps ~ 8 mbps

However, this is just a rumour. BSNL has surprised us pleasantly in the past. So unless this is just hoax, let us pray and hope.

i remember reading about bsnl going to provide 100mbps connection in around 3 years... i read this in an online news website...since it came on a news website.. you never know.. just hope so!!

100 mbps is not possible in plain copper wire telephone circuits.

right!100mbps can only be provided through optical fiber efficiently & i don't see bsnl providing 100mbps home connections in even 6 years.

absolutely right.. and thats what they claim they are going to do in 3 or 5 years time.. change to optical fibre technology

dnt say its a waste of the plan ..iam goin2 shift to this plan from home 500 ..since iam going for further studies you know ..iam going to change it again to home 500 when i returned back
