    Thumbs down Configuring Type 3 Huawei Modem in Bangalore

    Hi Friends,

    I am using dataone from past 1 month. I configured modem myself. But on sunday when internet was down i resetted the modem , i am not able to configure the modem. The orange light is fluctuating. Kindly let me know how to solve the problem. I tried up all posibilities. I am not sure what parameters should be updated when modem is resetted.I called up BSNL guys but they are not taking any action. Kindly let me know how to solve this problem.

    did you enter the bsnl username/password in modem?

    probably after you resetted the modem,DHCP must have turned off..switch on your modem and go to the command prompt and type ipconfig and check if you are getting an ip from your modem.. if so then you should be able to access the modem!!

    I have entered username and password, but still i am not able to configure the modem..
    In main screen of Huawei, System information pvc6 is disconnected.... But in connections it is showing right symbol.

    CONNECTIONS??connections in the network properties of your OS or in the modem?

    Connections in Modem .
    Yesterday for 1 min i got connected, but later i got disconnected
