Thread: Forgot Bsnl broadband Password

Hey! Please help me out i hav forgot my bsnl broadband password . Now i cannot connect to internet it always says username and/or password is invalid on domain. Actually i recently changed ma password from the portal http://10.240.87.199 and forgot the password as i didn't used the net for 3-4 days after changing the password. PLEASE HELP ME OUT. I am having 500 Plan.

Ask ur locak exchange operator to reset ur password... i think thats the only way..

Just Call Ur Broadband Help Line.in Kolkata It Is 1800-424-1600.

Then U'll Hear An Automated Message Asking U For Ur Problem.

Select Forgot Password Or Error 691 . Confirm It.

Wait For 2 Or 3 Days.

Ur Password Will Be Reset Automatically.

Reset Means U'll Have To Use Ur First Password That Is Mentioned In The Letter That Bsnl Sent U When U Took The Connection.

For the broadband connection password, BSNL has to be contacted for the resetting of the password. The call centre guys may not be able to help. The local broadband office would be more helpful.

No point in posting in a very old thread almost 2/1/2/ years old.
Also the thread starter has not responded, and presume his problem was solved.
What you have suggested , even if it contains new solutions/information,
any new user will open a new thread for same problem !
