Wat matters is the cost..
If i get 2Mbps speed limit for the same 750 UL .. Its a dream for me..
The max Bandwith i ever saw is 700&odd..

If you open BSNL speedtest page and press refresh or back button,you get to see these speeds.

Check Your Speed At Speedtest.net and then post your result.

even speedtest results are not always accurate.there is a similar trick using which speedtest will show your speed double than your actual speed.

A better test (so to speak) will be trying to download a file from good sites such as Microsoft, Sun, Adobe, etc. Of course it also depends upon the load on the source server. Rapidshare will also give you a good indication.

It is better to turn off any download managers during this test.

Whatever the speed you get, multiply that by 8 and that is your BB speed.

What i Feel is that the speeds will increase very soon now the only issue is that there should be more transparency to it.
