i had been to exchange in my area and area manager ( my friend ) told that in April the rent of the UL plan will be reduced OR the speed will be upgraded to atleast 1 mbps if not 2 , there is still a discussion going on, and BSNL has already made a survey for what has to be done reduce rent or upgrade speed (has any body got this survey ? ) exchange people are calling to customers having UL plan from 1 yr + , asking them what do they need...? & most of them have opted for upgrade the speed...!
As it is a Govt sector even if this doesnt happen in April atleast by may or june sure there will be a change in the BB.... Hope they upgrade to 2mbps for UL users
Now you have shot my hopes high. If this doesnt happen, I am coming after you.
I hope speed increases, though I doubt it cause I dont think BSNL has the infrastructure.
And also, does anyone think it might have to do something with the elections? After all, BSNL is a govt company.
wat else u need man 248KBps is not a joke for home just b happy wat ur getting.if u come to my area u will come to know how lucky you are.
there is no sify,no beam, no hathway,no airtel,no reliance, only local cable service provider who charges 500 bucks for ******* 98kbps and awesome BSNL
500c++ plan and am happy with BSNL
