Thread: ZTE ZXDSL MODEM is NOT READY to connect.... PLZ HELP!!

last week i got BSNL BROADBAND conn home500 plan.... it worked well for 2 days... i used to disable the network connection when not in use and enable it when i wanted it again... but since 5 days the modem is NOT CONNECTING TO THE NET... (I M A VISTA USER)...my id and password are correct... PLZ HELP.. I m posting some screenshots so tht u get the idea...

if you havent changed any settings.. and this just happened suddenly.. i think its a problem on bsnl's side.. you might want to give a complaint or probably just wait for some more time and check..

^ ya i changed my password at the bsnl site... but did the same also in the modem.... any other specific setting i need to change....MOREOVER when i had the net connection 1 week ago.. i downloaded around 900MB to 1 gb BUT their website shows NO USAGE FOR MARCH UNBILLED...(ut has been 2 weeks now) IS IT BECAUSE I MADE PAYMENT FOR 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE.?? .. i think i may not have been registered by them... bro this is so confusing yaar.... help me out if u can..

Hi guys i am new to this forum me to have the same problem it says router not ready to connect to broad band!!! , i am using zte zxdsl modem , any solution for this???

I too am using this Chinese crap ..... it gave me many sleepless nights ..... reset the password both at the BSNL site and in your modem ..... restart the modem .... if still not working ... ask the BSNL people to reset your password ....
if still not ..... call them ... they'll come and replace your modem ....

hi sorry for the late reply, now only got connected to net from home, i'm using ppoe mode!!


i'm getting a wierd problem problems here with my zte zxdsl 830 modem Most of the time the dsl link does not blinks at all, after restarting my modem several times it starts blinking and holds, most of the time only the power led and the lan led only glows, please help to get rid of this problem

problem may be with your line. what is your SNR values?
