    Default Videoconferencing and packages

I am planning to get a connection (maybe Business 4000 ?) for high-resolution video conferencing.

Has anyone tried this connection? What is the real uploading speed? (I need at least 1 Mbps)?

What are the alternative ISP's packages suitable for the high-res video conferencing?

in all 2mbps plans bsnl gives upload speed(max) as 1/4th of max download speed which means 512kbps max.by this account your max upload speed should be 2mbps in a 8mbps plan but still confirm it from your local exchange.however some people claimed that for 8mbps bsnl will only give 1/8th i.e.1mbps as max upload speed.even some users who are using airtel 8mbps home plan said that their upload speed is around 768kbps.
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
