Thread: Help***I'm new night uploader***

****Need Quick Help****

Please help me. I have changed my home plan to %00c Plan this month. I started night downloading on 2nd march(after the plan change in the usage page shows "provisioned").

But still the usage shoes my night usage. Should i pay for the whole usage. Its now 46 Gb **** if so about 50,000 Rs**** My God******.
Any night unlimited users ...please clear my doubts.....




I also hav problems with my connection too...

My connection (whole internet connection) stops after an hour (or half an hour) of utorrent downloading. Then i've to restart my roter and utorrent to start downloading again. I am using Siemens C2110 router If any one knows the reason, please reply...

bsnl portal will show all download/upload irrespective of free night time usage.as long as your plan is showing as home500c in the portal(my orders tab) you don't have to worry about the night time usage billing.

Do remember that without confirmation from the bsnl, dont assume things and start downloading. Login to your portal id and see whether it has indeed been changed or not, else the bsnl might ask you to pay for the downloads you made if the plan has not been changed, be extra careful with this govt. isp, they can do anything.

In the "My Orders" tab it shows the plan 500C is provisioned,

My Order Details
Orderid 746972
Order Type Plan Change
Plan Name Home 500 C
Order Status Provisioned

What is the meaning of this.

I started all my unlimited downloads after seeing this under "My Orders". Before that the "Order Status" was "Open". Then it changed to "Provisioned".

Is there anything for worry. Please comment....

i believe provisioned means that you can not apply for a plan change at the moment.usually all 500 plans(normal,C,C+) & 250 plan comes with a min hire period of 3 months.so for the next 3 months you can not change your plan.e.g.my plan was 250 3 months ago & it showed "provisioned".after my plan changed to home 500 yesterday it was showing "changed" as order status.now today it is again showing "provisioned".

as far as i think,yeah!still no harm in confirming it again from some senior official at local exchange.also for proof save the web page showing your plan as home 500 just in case.
