check the global bandwidth settings(in options--preferences---connection).total upload speeds of all your torrents can not be greater than maximum upload rate.

    Question yo.. whitestar...

yo.. been usin this UL900 plan for a year nd a half... i've never been able to dwnload beyond 33kbps....

recently i changed my windows skin to a new one... my upload has since jumped to 35kbps ...which was just 7kbps before...

I 've read in few old forums where some people have amazin dwnld rate, where one guy claims to have dwnldd 240 mb in about 20 mins...?!!#*?!

bsnl has increased the upload speed of 900 plan & now upload rate is around 32KBps for 900 plan.

right!however you can choose to give more priority to your uploading torrents.right click on completed torrents & select bandwidth allocation---high.in preferences---queing option there is a option of seed while(ratio<= or seeding time<= ).you can try to experiment with values there & also you can tick the option "seeding tasks have more priority over downloading tasks".
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
