It is not working from 2 days the support is terrible Can anyone help

Is the connection working am not getting the dsl link in Huawei or ut300r2u Modems Xp is Op Sys. Ut300 modem never works and the bsnl Guys are horrible at solving the issue am on Airtel Now........

hey im not wwll in network side.. but still.. try to ping the server.. if yes then thr might be a problem with modem.. jus wait.. other guys would give u smoe clue... else.. jus try to catch whitestar... he is always here to help u ppl..

you mean the link/adsl LED is not blinking at all & is off all the time?

am able to make the huawei modem work but not the ut300r2u modem where the link lights are not switching on at all . Can somebody help, Am not asking for the guide that was provided earlier which is totally different from what i see on display

This is the same screen that i have, But am asking if anybody stays close to Sanjaynagar RtNgr If I Could Be Assisted physically by one of you masters it would be awesome, as i now am not getting the link lights at all none of the lights are constant except the power light it has been this way since 7pm (Monday) yesterday Are you Guys Facing trouble.

two lights will not glow constant and i.e. the internet light and the Wi-Fi light( these lights will blink when the internet is in use) except these all the remaining lights should glow constant i.e.the power(usually red) & DSL link(usually orange)

if the dsl link LED is glowing(first it blinks slowly when modem power is turned on then it blinks fastly & finally it becomes steady) with some other modem on the same line with same settings of bsnl then something is wrong with modem.try to test it.if you have already test it with huawei & bsnl is working fine with that then open the huawei modem & in status see SNR values & line attn values.post them here.

There is a problem with Sanjay nagar not able to connect and if your password starts with "ban". The lines have cut because of road widening near hebbal flyover. Should be fixed by tomorrow

Five Days And Still Bsnl not working buddies Support Network has Collapsed No Use. Am Close to Sanjaynagar....................

Can Whitestar Or Arun or Ne Person Provide me the email Of the Concerned Bsnl exchange by which the matter can be escalated so that My Connection can be Accessed................
No Connection from 6 days People Please understand.............

friend at least here in north india(more specifically UP) to get your matter going you must meet personally to some senior bsnl official.just ask someone in your area about the local exchange & see if anybody knows some person there.

I want to Download loads with Bsnl .. But its not happening airtel plan is 256 unlimited Still Connection is down I stay In Sanjayngar..ph 9900419397... Can Nebody Help..................

try meeting with DE(broadband) or DGM(broadband) of your district.they are the senior most officials of bsnl in a district.however meet them only after meeting with local exchange officials & they have done nothing.

I have spoken to everybody with regard to my connection 1500 18004241600 Even the Naagshettyhalli Bhoopasandra Exch With Regard To this But the Problem is not addressed, Can Somebody Let me Know the detalis....

then the only way i think is a meeting with DE(broadband) or DGM(broadband).DE usually sits at the main exchange in the district.
